APEC Senior Officials’ Chairperson Ambassador Laura Q. Del Rosario (our Pax et Lumen President) chairs meetings on APEC 2015 priorities at the Senior Officials’ level.

Mrs Del Rosario is looking forward to being more involved in Pax et Lumen’s future academic and co-curricular work when she leaves government service at the end of the current administration. Pax’s objective to improve the learning environment will continue to deepen and expand through the years.
