PAX ET LUMEN FACULTY PREPARE FOR PLAY PRODUCTION THROUGH TEAM BUILDING AT TAGAYTAY HIGHLANDS

To prepare for the rigorous production of the play, The King of the Forest, the administration of Pax et Lumen held a one-day team building session for the teachers and staff at the peaceful and exclusive setting of Tagaytay Highlands to give an appropriate environment for re-charging, re- learning, and planning sessions. Set on a scenic promontory overlooking the famed Taal Lake and Taal Volcano, Tagaytay Highlands provides a very unique view of the surroundings as well as a good venue for the faculty and the administration to refresh mind ( by contemplating nature) and body by (eating Tagaytay-prepared dishes with natural ingredients) away from the demands of residing and working in a busy city such as Angeles. The team-building exercises provided focus on collaborative work and planning while providing fun and leisure as everybody enjoyed the quiet, green, and natural environment of Tagaytay Highlands.
